Marine Apartments is a trading name of AIPF SI Ltd, accommodations and conferences. This Policy sets out the circumstances, terms and conditions under which we accept your booking. We advise all our guests to refer to our Privacy Policy on this website.
Our Policy shall apply to those who book directly with us. In the event a booking was made via a third-party site or travel agencies such as booking.com, Airbnb, etc; the most stricter policy will apply. Below is Marine Apartments Policy:
Client will not get refund if they have booked a non-refundable booking.
Marine Apartments may consider, may allow for a partial refund for cancellation if this is due to immediate family death or hospital admission within 24 hours of check in. In this instance, an acceptable proof acceptable to Marine Apartments is required.
Sometimes guests won’t cancel but will simply fail to show up. In these cases, Marine Apartments will charge the full total, if the booking was 2 days, 50% if the booking was for a month or more.
Group cancellations must happen before 14days clear from the check in date. A non-refundable policy applies if the group is cancelled within 14 days (14 days before check-in).
We will waive cancellation fee for all Force majeure cancellations due to natural disasters or government restrictions, such as COVID.
If a guest is hosting a special event at our conference centre or has booked the venue for a special occasion, such as a wedding or business conference, stricter cancellation policies will usually apply. Refund and Cancellation will be subject to a 30days cancellation notice and if any booking is made within this period, it will be based on strictly non-refundable.
Marine Apartments policy will be enforced on all bookings. Marine Apartments will follow up on guests who fail to make payments as would be under this policy. Recovery action will be initiated after necessary notices have been issued to the guest, via the contact format provided during the booking.
In Pursuit of defaulting clients, Marine Apartments may share such information about the default clients with agencies such as credit reference bureaux, banks, and all debt recovery enforcement agencies. This information sharing is restricted to only clients in default.
